This page covers angelysplatforms.com — the page telling you we are launching, and the pricing calculator. It is short because the site does very little: there is one form on it, and it asks for one thing.

What we collect

Only the email address you type into the launch form, and only if you choose to submit it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is required.

There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers on this site. We do not set cookies, and nothing is stored on your device — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

The pricing calculator

If you use the calculator on our pricing page, we record the shape of the figures you put in, so we can see what the market actually looks like. We do this in bands — “6–10 engineers” rather than six, “£76–100 per seat” rather than £80 — together with the date, and nothing else.

There is no name, no email address, no company, no reference and no identifier of any kind attached to it, and nothing is stored on your device that would let us recognise you on a later visit. Because it is banded, a reading cannot be traced back to a particular business. That is a deliberate design choice rather than a promise: the figures are grouped in your own browser before they are sent to us, so the precise numbers you typed never leave your computer.

We record it once, when you have finished adjusting the figures — not as you type. If you change nothing, nothing is sent. Since none of it identifies anyone, it is not personal data, and there is nothing here for us to look up, correct or delete on request.

Separately, and as with any website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs of requests reaching the server. Those are Vercel’s ordinary server logs. We do not use them for analytics and they are never connected to the calculator figures.

What we do with it

Your address is emailed to us so we can tell you when Angelys goes live, and so we can reply if you have asked us something. That is the whole purpose. We will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

The email is sent for us by Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Your address is then held in our own Microsoft 365 mailbox.

How long we keep it

Until launch and a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you ask, we delete it and do not keep a copy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@angelysplatforms.com and we will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

Our lawful basis for contacting you is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us, or by writing to the address above.

A note on the product

Angelys is a compliance management platform used by businesses. Once it is live, the information handled inside it belongs to the organisation using it, and is covered by the agreement we hold with that organisation rather than by this page.
