Seat pricing, honestly
Your software gets dearer
every time you hire someone.
Most compliance platforms charge per user, at a flat rate, for ever. So the day you take on an engineer, your bill goes up — before they have done a single job. Put your own numbers in and see what that costs you.
Your business
Water, fire, air, electrical and so on — however many you actually deliver.
What you pay now
Monthly, per seat. Take these off your own invoice — the figures here are only a starting point.

Difference
As the field team grows
Same office team, same disciplines — only the number of engineers changes.
The question isn't what it costs today.
It's what the next engineer costs.
One more engineer, now
a year, every year
One more engineer, with us
a year, every year
Our per-seat rate falls as you move up — £15 an engineer at the bottom, £8 at the top. Theirs does not. Growing your team should not be the thing that makes your software expensive.
What you would be on
Bands are set by the number of disciplines you cover, not by how many people you employ.
| Band | Monthly | Disciplines | Office seats | Engineers | Extra office | Extra engineer |
|---|
We count the shapes, not the people. When you change these figures we record them in bands — “6–10 engineers”, not six — so we can see what the market actually looks like. No name, no email, no cookie, nothing stored on your device, and nothing that could point back to you or your company. How we handle it.
Sites are never charged for, however many you hold, and a login for your client is free. Above 30 engineers we price it as a deal rather than off a list. Figures exclude VAT.
